1. Seller

1.1. The seller is Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Mardashov, a sole proprietor registered in Georgia under identification number 306409892.

1.2. Website: https://ordelyn.com.

1.3. Support contact: support@ordelyn.com.

2. Products and service scope

2.1. The site offers digital planners, templates, and related materials delivered electronically, including products designed for use in Google Sheets.

2.2. No physical goods are shipped.

2.3. Product descriptions, included features, and pricing are shown on the relevant product sections of the site.

2.4. Some products may require a Google account, internet access, or access to third-party services to use all features as intended.

3. Order and contract formation

3.1. A customer places an order by selecting a product and submitting the requested checkout information through the site.

3.2. If online payment is available, a binding contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed. If online payment is temporarily unavailable, the seller may follow up with the customer to complete the order using an alternative approved payment arrangement.

3.3. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address for delivery.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices displayed on the site are shown in the currency indicated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

4.2. When enabled, payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider or acquiring service connected to the site.

4.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the seller does not request payment by direct bank transfer through the automated site checkout.

4.4. The customer's payment obligation is fulfilled once the agreed payment method has been successfully confirmed.

4.5. Any taxes, fees, or similar charges that legally apply to the sale may be included in the displayed price or handled as required by the payment flow and applicable law.

5. Delivery

5.1. After successful payment, the digital product is delivered electronically, usually by email and/or by providing access instructions or a download or access link.

5.2. Delivery is normally made shortly after payment confirmation, but timing may vary due to payment review, email routing, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

5.3. Delivery is deemed completed when the seller sends the relevant access message or product link to the email address provided by the customer.

5.4. If delivery is materially delayed or cannot be completed, the seller may provide an updated delivery timeframe, re-send access, or issue a refund where appropriate under these Terms or applicable law.

5.5. If a customer does not receive delivery within a reasonable time, the customer should contact support at support@ordelyn.com.

6. Refunds

6.1. Because the products sold on the site are digital products delivered electronically, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6.2. A refund may be considered where access was not delivered, the product is materially defective, a duplicate charge occurred, the order was canceled before delivery, or a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

6.3. To request a refund review, the customer should email support@ordelyn.com with the order email, payment date, and a brief description of the issue.

6.4. Customers should contact the seller before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible so the seller has an opportunity to resolve the problem promptly.

6.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the customer's mandatory local law.

7. License and acceptable use

7.1. Unless otherwise stated, the digital products are licensed for the customer's own personal use or internal business use only.

7.2. Customers may edit the products for their own use, but may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly publish, share access broadly, or present the products as their own work without the seller's prior written permission.

7.3. Any unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution may result in suspension of access, cancellation of support, and enforcement of the seller's legal rights.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. The site content, product structure, product design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by the seller or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2. No ownership rights are transferred to the customer except for the limited license expressly described in these Terms.

9. Third-party services and product availability

9.1. Some products rely on third-party services such as Google Sheets, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.

9.2. The seller is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account issues, or policy changes imposed by third-party services that are outside the seller's reasonable control.

9.3. The seller may update, improve, or discontinue specific product features from time to time, provided that the seller does not materially deprive customers of the core purchased product without appropriate remedy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

10.1. The products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller disclaims implied warranties that are not legally required, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for losses caused by factors outside the seller's reasonable control, including customer input errors, third-party platform outages, email delivery issues, internet outages, or interruptions affecting Google or other external providers.

10.4. The seller's total liability in connection with a product order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order, except where a higher standard is required by applicable mandatory law.

11. Privacy

11.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of another applicable jurisdiction require otherwise.

12.2. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication by email.

13. Changes

13.1. The seller may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
